YOGA (Beginner Class)

This class is designed for the beginner or those who want a fresh start.  God made human beings from the earth in his image; he breathed his life into us.  Our class takes us back to our beginnings; connecting to the earth, becoming grounded.  Then we breathe; the breath is the bridge between the mind and the body.  The body is the temple for our spirit.  These 2 connections take us into our practice.

When: Thursday mornings, 10:00-11:00am

Where: St. John's Parish Hall

Cost: $5.00/person/class for St. John's members

         $8.00/person/class for non-members
