Holy Baptism at St. John's

At St. John’s, Holy Baptism is the initiation of children or adults into the full Christian Life. It should be sought only when there is serious intention of the youth or adult, or the family and godparents of an infant or younger child to participate fully and regularly in the life of the church, in worship, educational programs and mission in our community and the world.
Baptism is the symbol of full membership in the Christian community; baptized persons of any age are welcomed to receive Holy Eucharist.

Holy Baptism Dates

Baptism is especially appropriate at the Easter Vigil, the Day of Pentecost, All Saint's Day or the Sunday following, and the Feast of the Baptism of our Lord (the First Sunday after the Epiphany).
